General Measures |
High fibre diet, and increased intake of liquids. Elimination of constipating foods like cheese, unripe fruits. More exercises, and reduction of time spent on the commode use of soap and water to clean up after stools. |

Detal patient on use Haemorrhoidal cream. Reassurance on benign nature of condition. The need of proper diet, exercise and stooling pattern. |
